Connecting Youth Through Creativity, Community, and Mutual Aid

The Bridges program at Healing and Hope Collective is designed to support youth ages 18-25 as they navigate social isolation, mental health challenges, and the complex impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic. Bridges creates a unique space where young people connect with emerging social work professionals in a mutual aid-based environment, cultivating resilience, self-expression, and growth through community-centered and trauma-informed support.

A Community of Empathy and Empowerment
More than just a program, Bridges is a haven where young adults can feel seen, heard, and supported. Through monthly community outings and facilitated sessions, participants and social work students engage in shared learning, empathy-building, and empowerment. This reciprocal model nurtures interdependence, aligns with the Collective's commitment to holistic healing, and prepares emerging social workers for compassionate, community-focused practice.
